Please follow these simple steps to register to Al Hawaj website:

  1. Click ‘LOG IN/REGISTER’, located on the top right-hand corner of Al Hawaj website.
  2. Click ‘REGISTER’ tab.
  3. Enter your email address and password and continue to enter your information when requested.
  4. Click ‘REGISTER’ button.

After registering on the website, you will get a verification email for the confirmation. Verify the email and log in to the website.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.
  3. Find the information you want to update and select the edit option.
  4. Press the ‘SAVE’ button.

We can help you reset your password.

  1. When you are prompted to sign-in to your account, select the ‘LOST PASSWORD’ option.
  2. You will immediately receive a unique link by email (valid for 30 minutes) to reset your password.
  3. Once you receive this email, click your unique link and follow the prompts to reset your password.

How do I change my password?

Yes. Al Hawaj online shopping cart is fully secured and all information is processed by using the latest security technology.

Your personal information including name, email address, billing and delivery address, when applicable, are securely stored in our e-commerce database with encryption. This information is available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Credit card information is only saved upon your request.

  1. Products are available from each section in the main menu and are also searchable via the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
  2. On each product page, select the quantity you want to order and add the item to your cart.
  3. Continue to add additional items to your cart or continue through check-out process.

You can track your order at any time on https://www.aramex.com/track/shipments using the Reference number or Tracking number.
